An okay stay

The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the central business district. The hotel is within a short walk of the major attractions. Evening kickback dinners and breakfasts are my favorite parts about staying at these properties.
The management is not too pleasant. They seem to all have power trips. They threatened to ban and throw us out because of their mess up. This seems a little bizarre to me.

The nightly food offering was subpar specifically the hot dogs nachos and gumbo. The same limited selection was served each of the four nights of my stay. This was disappointing given the city's reputation for good food.

I appreciated the helpful staff. the breakfast and dinner options were a plus. the security measures. Key card access was required for the hotel and specific floors.
The parking fee was a bit high. I found the $35 daily charge somewhat inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and professional. They addressed us each day. the manager often helped behind the bar. the staff seemed helpful with local information.

the hotel includes a pool and a hot tub. there is a gym with multiple exercise machines. i used the 24-hour coffee station frequently and enjoyed the coffee.
